The Cisco 9841 Desk Phone offers a 3.5-inch grayscale LCD with a resolution of 384 x 160, providing clear visibility for your call management. It features four physical line keys, ensuring quick access to your most-used lines. The phone supports a backlit indicator for physical buttons including Speakerphone, Headset, Mute, and the line keys, facilitating usage in low-light environments.

Equipped with a wideband-capable audio handset, it connects through a dedicated RJ-9 port, ensuring excellent audio quality for hands-free communication. The full-duplex speakerphone enhances the convenience of managing calls without needing to hold the receiver.

Additionally, the device includes one USB-A port that delivers up to 0.25A power output at 5V or 1.25W under PoE, with a maximum output of 0.5A at 5V or 2.5W when connected to the Cisco Power Adapter 3. The integrated 2-port Cisco Ethernet switch facilitates direct connection to a 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet network, streamlining your connectivity needs.
