The Furuno GP170D is a highly reliable and stable GPS/DGPS position fixing system designed specifically for use on ocean-going ships, large yachts, ferries, and commercial vessels. It meets full compliance with IMO MSC. 114 (73) and IEC 61108-4 standards. Its improved GPS chip and antenna enhance stability and precision in position fixing. This unit also includes advanced noise rejection capabilities to mitigate interference and improve performance.
Featuring a front panel USB port, it allows for easy import/export of routing data and settings. The GP170D offers a variety of display modes including Plotter, Highway, Course, Data, and Integrity, giving users critical insights into navigation and satellite status.
