Add the power of RAID and USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C to your compatible Windows or Mac system with the Mercury Elite Pro Quad 4-Bay USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C RAID Enclosure from OWC / Other World Computing. Also compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and driven via included SoftRAID XT software, this enclosure has been built with four SATA III drive bays that can each house a single 3.5" or 2.5" drive using included drive brackets. Available RAID modes include RAID 0, 1 0+1, 4, and 5, each of which offers performance, data redundancy, or a combination of both. For those who do not require a RAID, JBOD is also supported, which allows the four drives to be used independently.
