Use it Hot or Cold

Hot Therapy: Place the wrap in the microwave on a clean plate and allow turn table to rotate freely. Heat it for 2 minutes on high power and increase by 30 second increments, depending on the desired warmth. After heating, move the wrap from side to side to allow the filling to settle.

Cold Therapy: While heat helps with blood circulation, cold compress therapy is great for inflammation, swelling, injuries, arthritis and fibromyalgia.

Place the wrap on a sealed plastic bag and keep it in the freezer for at least 3 hours before using.
