This outboard starter is compatible with BRP-OMC engines ranging from 85-140 HP V4, featuring a durable 10-tooth drive gear. To ensure optimal performance, ARCO recommends the use of a fully charged battery, as a weak battery can lead to starter and solenoid damage. Additionally, it is important to clean all electrical connections, as corrosion can impede current flow and reduce starting efficiency.
