The Shakespeare SSB Antenna is designed for optimal performance in calm to moderate seas. At 23 feet in length, this whip antenna has conductors running the full length, ensuring reliable communication across the 2-30 MHz HF band with an external tuner.
This antenna features a side feed termination band and chrome-plated brass ferrules, with the bottom ferrule equipped with a 1"-14 thread for easy mounting. Ideal for various mounting locations, we recommend using the Shakespeare Style 409-R or 410-R Mounting Kit for deck or side installations.
Technical specifications include a resonant frequency of 10.8 MHz and a maximum input rating of 1000 Watts, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
